The New York State Cheese Manufacturers’ Association is offering up to $5,000 for the year 2021-2022. The purpose of this scholarship is to encourage students to explore educational programs related to dairy foods science and processing, with a focus on cheese manufacturing. Scholarship applications for the 2021-2022 academic year must be received by FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2021.
