This is your chance support the NY Cheese Manufacturer’s Association and the NY Dairy Industry, while securing Award-Winning New York State Cheddar to share with your customers, clients, family and friends.
We are auctioning 40 pounds of award-winning New York State Cheddar to the highest bidder. All cheese is produced using New York State Milk.
Cheese will be delivered as twenty 2 lb. blocks with a custom NY State Cheese Manufacturers’ Association label.
We will coordinate delivery between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

NYS Cheese Manufacturers’ Association supports educational opportunities for cheese manufacturers, promotes NY State Cheese, and provides up to two scholarships for undergraduate students in Dairy Science or Food Science.
ALL BIDS ARE DUE BY Friday, September 18. Minimum bid is $300 per 40lb block (twenty 2lb blocks).
